2. Services

KAHAAN provides farm-fresh grocery delivery services in Sharjah and Dubai, UAE. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

3. Orders & Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are listed in AED and include applicable VAT where required.
• Payment can be made via cash on delivery or card, as available.
• Promo codes and wallet credits are subject to their respective terms.

4. Delivery

• Delivery is available within Sharjah and Dubai, UAE.
• Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
• We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proof, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. User Conduct

You agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and not misuse the service for fraudulent or harmful purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

KAHAAN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sharjah, UAE.
